The Lord is my light and my salvation; whom shall I fear? The Lord is the strength of my life; of whom shall I be afraid? When the wicked, even mine enemies and my foes, came upon me to eat up my flesh, they stumbled and fell. Though an host should encamp against me, my heart shall not fear: though war should rise against me, in this will I be confident. Psalm 27: 1-3

We live in a time and season where people are scared because of the uncertainties of life, the pressure of life coupled with the evil of man. My assignment this day is to boldly inform you and to make you consciously aware that the Lord is your light and your salvation. The meaning of this is that if the Lord is your light, then you have access to the things that will enhance your life and enable you to live a better life. Light is access visibility, don’t ever allow any devil to make you feel worthless and directionless, anytime you experience such feeling or clothed deeply in the atmosphere of depression and hopelessness, rise up on your feet and boldly declare that the Lord is my light and therefore I become happy by all means and I walk in direction. The meaning of the Lord being your salvation is that you have been saved and delivered from any enemy attack it doesn’t matter when and where the attack is coming from, deliverance has been available since even before the attack. Meaning that before the problem arose; solution was placed to solve the issue. Be bold and be fearless, because God is your light and your salvation.

Today’s thought: “The knowledge you apply is what will yield benefit.”

Keynote: The Lord is my salvation and my light.

Counsel: The light of the Lord is the secret of preservation.

Prayer: Lord, I thank you for the guidance of  Your light upon my life. May my life be filled with Your light and salvation in Jesus’ name, amen.
