PUBLISHED ON JULY 1, 2022
– by Gabriel Agboeze
Verily, verily, I say to you, Except a corn of wheat fall into the ground and die it abides alone: but if it die, it brings forth much fruit. John 12:24 KJV
Thank God for the privilege of the second half of 2022 and for the beginning of a new month, to Him alone be all the praise for the gift of breath. The point to take home from the verse above is that you must decrease for God to increase in your life. You have done all that you could from January to June, why not allow God to do what He can do from now on by allowing yourself to die inside his will. The way-forward is that until a man forsakes his will and embraces the will of God, impact and the fulfillment of destiny becomes very minimal or inconsequential. This verse above should be your watchdog for the remaining days of the year and your life, you must stop making it to be all about you and turn it to be all about God. Give up your wants, desires and wishes for what God wants and wishes for you, you can never wish yourself well above God.
Today’s thought: “May I decrease that God may increase.”
Keynote: Make God to be the Lord of all over your life.
Counsel: Desire to work with God and not for God.
Prayer: Help me Lord, to accept Your will and guide me into all truth in Jesus’ name. I receive the character to be able to accept the will of God at all times. I decree and declare the month of July, 2022 opened for you in the name of the Father, Son and the Holy Spirit, amen.
