Life is filled with people that say and imagine what they have little or no-knowledge about. While they are those that seem to be aware a bit but instead of being supportive will choose to be envious and backbiters with negative opinions. These kinds of people exist and will always subject others to unfair remarks and treatment to bring down, discredit or question the genuineness of their intentions. Jesus had just finished a productive meeting with the Samaritan woman, and here comes His disciples who concluded in their heart as to why should He be with her, but yet didn’t ask Jesus why, but had a disdain for His action in their heart.
Nothing is wrong with you when people misunderstand you and conclude your matter in their heart, it is bound to happen at one stage of your life, the point to pick from here is try to come out unhurt and hateful towards people like that. In that sense also make sure you’re not offending any man, the right act equally attracts backlash from the society, don’t assume that since it is right people will keep quiet, no sir/ma, people will respond to anything that is going on in your life. The devil is looking for ways to discredit people every day and what badmouthing and unfair judgment does is to plant a seed of hate in the life of the accused. So try to live above opinions that are not God’s and maintain your stand in His will and words. Judgment of your person is not person-specific or location-specific, it can come from anywhere, and it can even be a family member or a close friend. Be wise with your reactions. You must understand when the judgment is toxic and avoid such fellows, and equally know when people are just being annoying and acting stupid and ignorant.

Keynote: Whenever there is misunderstanding of your person, don’t hate, move on and keep doing what you’re doing so long as it is right.
Counsel: Live an open life, don’t indulge in dirty dealings. Be a person of integrity.
Prayer: I receive the mercy of God to be ahead of negative ploys of the devil to distract me, and the negative opinions of others will no longer give me concerns in Jesus’ name, amen.
