Then Isaac sowed in that land, and received in the same year a hundredfold: and the LORD blessed him. And the man waxed great, and went forward, and grew until he became very great. Genesis 26: 12-13 KJV

Every one of us has something we are planting in regards to daily living. The question is what are you planting? Are you sowing in obedience to the laws of God are you sowing in disobedience against the laws of the Lord? For those of you who are wondering what the law is, the law is the word of God, the standards of living are outlined in His words, can you boldly say you’ve obeyed God and you’re keeping His words and that you’re in His will for your life. Because no man can really see greatness until He is in the will of God for his/her life. Isaac was in His will and what the will does is that it keeps you busy. The will of God does not make anyone inactive, it keeps you active and moving and that movement is what brings His involvement in your affairs. You can’t be in the will and have nothing to do, the will is an assignment that must be submitted and graded, the grade is what is translated as the blessing, the challenge here, is that very few are willing to do their homework in the will, being in His will for your life and doing nothing to initiate progress is as much as wasting your time, because God multiplies what is in your hands and makes wonder from what you’re willing to give, that is what you’re willing to sow/plant. If you want to feel the blessing, locate His will and be busy in His will for your life.

Today’s thought: “Efforts attract the blessings of God, were pure effort is lacking, the blessing is scarce.”
