And such as do wickedly against the covenant shall he corrupt by flatteries: but the people that do know their God shall be strong, and do exploits. Daniel 11: 32 KJV

When your practice doesn’t portray the standards of God and your ways against His command, that should give any sensible person a cause to be more concerned about flatteries and results that are temporary. It’s not every result nor favour that indicates the presence of God, some are enemy schemes to keep people defeated at the end. Anytime one goes against the will of God anything that comes after it is not of God, because God doesn’t bless disobedience. When people lie and cheat to make money, the gain is not from God and at last it shall prove nothing according to Jeremiah 17:11. God does not bless disobedience. When people are in error they know, so whenever you are doing well make sure to confirm that all steps you’re taking are in accordance with the precepts and guidelines of the word of God.

If you know your God, His word says you shall be strong and do great exploits. The meaning of this for you is that the knowledge you know is what will determine your experience and rising with God. People perish because they lack knowledge not because knowledge is not available. Decide to become a seeker of the ways of God and you’ll never run out of help in life. Daniel by studying the word of God discovered in 1Kings 8: 38-39, the covenant Solomon made with God when he was dedicating the temple which reads thus…What prayer and supplication soever be made by any man, or by all thy people Israel, which shall know every man the plague of his own heart, and spread forth his hands toward this house: Then hear thou in heaven thy dwelling place, and forgive, and do, and give to every man according to his ways, whose heart thou knowest; (for thou, even thou only, knowest the hearts of all the children of men;). When Daniel faced conspiracy that attacked his spiritual life, he activated this covenant according to Daniel 6:10 by opening his windows towards Jerusalem and God delivered him. Apostle Paul in Galatians 2:2 said…he went up by revelation. Dearly beloved gather knowledge from the Scripture and your goings and comings shall be firmly rooted and established.

Prayer of the Day: LORD, I commit my goings and comings this week into Your hands, guide me to my possessions and open my eyes to understanding and to the knowledge of You. Help me to always remain true to Your words and standards. Let the favour from heaven locate me today in Jesus’ mighty name, amen.
