Thus says the LORD, your redeemer, the Holy One of Israel; I am the LORD your God which teaches you to profit, which leads you by the way that you should go. Isaiah 48:17 KJV
It has been established time and again that direction is the genesis of profitable ventures in life, when direction is divine profit becomes certain. The Bible verse above began with an introduction of the character of God and His person, Who He is and why He should be trusted to give you success…“Thus says the LORD, your redeemer, the Holy One of Israel…” The Lord presents Himself as your redeemer, anyone who redeems or saves you will firstly care about you. The hidden message in this phrase is that God cares about you and wishes you well, His desire is for you to do well, become your best and enjoy His own best by experiencing the realities of His word. Continuing He said,..“the Holy One of Israel” meaning He is too holy to lie. His leading is sure and amen. If God says I will make you then that is it. He is calling you and to become partakers of His divine guidance, if you want to make profit, seek direction first and be determined to remain on the path that the Lord is leading you. Consistency is the key that brings out the best of God.
Today’s thought: “Follow the path of the Lord and you’ll flourish.”
Keynote: You must know what to do and where before you’ll see profit.
Counsel: Get knowledge and don’t do anything without having an understanding. Constantly ask the Lord to guide and always ask God questions.
Prayer: Lord I thank You for Your word to me today, I ask for the grace to always be inside what You want for my life, help me never to be misguided, I receive mercy from any action that will affect me because of my lack of knowing in Jesus’ name, amen.
